Until recently, students from Gandaki Province who wanted internationally recognised caregiver training had limited local options. The only institutes with proper government affiliation, international accreditations, and placement track records were concentrated in Kathmandu — meaning students from Pokhara, Syangja, Baglung, Lamjung, Gorkha, and surrounding districts had to relocate, pay city-level rent, and be away from their families for months just to access quality training.
