Terms of Service
The terms governing enrollment, attendance, certification, and use of this website.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of caregiveracademia.com and your enrollment in any course offered by Caregiver Academia, part of the wider Caregiver Academia Network of branches across Nepal. Caregiver Academia is also affiliated with sister companies including Next EduPath, Nails Academia, and GCC Salon Jobs; where you engage with any of those services directly, their own respective terms apply rather than this document.
By submitting an enquiry, registering for a course, or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or enrol in our courses.
2. Enrollment Eligibility
Enrollment in our courses is open to applicants who meet the minimum academic and age requirements published for each course on this website. Some destination-specific tracks (for example, our Japan, Israel, or Canada pathways) carry additional eligibility criteria such as minimum age, language proficiency, or medical fitness, which are communicated to applicants before enrollment.
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during enrollment, including identity documents and educational certificates. Enrollment obtained through false or misleading information may be cancelled without refund.
3. Course Delivery, Duration & Schedule
Course durations, curriculum outlines, and fee ranges are published on each course page and are accurate as of the date of publication, but may be revised for future intakes. Class schedules are set at the start of each batch and communicated to enrolled students; we will make reasonable efforts to notify students in advance of any changes to schedule, venue, or instructor.
Attendance requirements (minimum hours/sessions to qualify for certification) are set by our accrediting bodies (CTEVT and, where applicable, CPD UK, SDC Canada, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements) and are not within our discretion to waive.
4. Fees & Payment
Course fees are as quoted at the time of enrollment. Where installment payment plans are offered, the schedule and terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of enrollment. Fees paid do not guarantee a specific job placement, visa outcome, or immigration result — these depend on external government processes, employer decisions, and the applicant’s own performance in language/skills evaluations.
Caregiver Academia is a training institute, not a visa agency, recruitment agency, or immigration authority. We do not guarantee any visa, work permit, or immigration outcome for any destination country. What we do guarantee is world-class, accredited training and classes — delivered by qualified Registered Nurses and trainers, under CTEVT affiliation and CPD UK, SDC Canada, and ISO 9001:2015 accreditation — that prepare students to meet the eligibility and skills standards those visa pathways require.
Our refund terms for withdrawal after enrollment are set out separately in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
5. Certification
Certificates are issued only to students who complete the required attendance hours, coursework, and any assessments specified for their course. Caregiver Academia certificates carry CTEVT affiliation and, where applicable, CPD UK, SDC Canada, and ISO 9001:2015 accreditation markings. We do not guarantee that any third-party employer, embassy, or immigration authority in any destination country will accept a given certificate — recognition ultimately rests with that country’s own authorities, though our curriculum is designed to align with their published standards.
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to attend classes punctually, treat instructors and fellow students respectfully, and follow the institute’s code of conduct and safety rules, particularly during practical/clinical training sessions. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue a student’s enrollment, without refund beyond what is set out in our Refund Policy, in cases of serious misconduct, dishonesty in assessments, or repeated unexcused absence that prevents a student from meeting certification attendance requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, training manuals, presentations, and content on this website are the property of Caregiver Academia and are provided to enrolled students solely for their personal study. Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or shared in any form — including with another student, a third party, or a friend not enrolled in the course — for any purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without our prior written consent.
These materials are protected under the Copyright Act, 2059 (2002) of Nepal. Section 7 of the Act reserves to the copyright owner the exclusive economic rights of reproduction, distribution, and communication of a work to the public, and Section 25 defines unauthorized reproduction or distribution of a work as an act of infringement. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, or sharing of our course materials will be treated as an infringement of our copyright, and Caregiver Academia reserves the full right to pursue civil compensation for the loss caused and to initiate legal proceedings before the competent courts of Nepal, in addition to the penalties prescribed under Section 27 of the Act.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa pathways, salaries, and job placement opportunities abroad, these are subject to change by the governments and employers of destination countries and are outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from changes to immigration policy, visa refusals, or employment outcomes that occur after a student completes training with us.
9. Website Use
This website and its content are provided for general informational purposes about our institute and courses. You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use of it.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from enrollment or these terms will first be addressed through direct discussion with our administration, and if unresolved, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last Updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued enrollment or use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
