Caregiver Training Is Not Limited to One City in Nepal

A common misconception is that internationally recognised caregiver training in Nepal is only available in Kathmandu. In reality, Caregiver Academia was built as a national network from the outset: our Kathmandu Head Office is the flagship campus and administrative center, but students across Nepal — including Gandaki Province — already have local access through our branch network, with more branches expanding this reach further.

This matters because students from outside the Kathmandu Valley have historically had to relocate, pay city-level rent, and be away from their families for months just to access government-affiliated, internationally certified training. A national network model removes that barrier.

How the Head Office and Branch Network Work Together

Our Kathmandu Head Office, at New Baneshwor, is where our national curriculum, accreditations, and career-services team are based, and directly serves students across Bagmati Province and beyond. Our live branch in Pokhara serves Gandaki Province — Kaski, Syangja, Baglung, Parbat, Lamjung, Gorkha, Tanahun, Nawalpur, Manang, and Mustang — under the same curriculum and accreditations as Kathmandu. We are also expanding into Butwal (Rupandehi), Itahari (Koshi Province), and Bijuli Bazar (Kathmandu) to extend local access further.

Every location — current and expanding — delivers the same CTEVT-affiliated curriculum, the same CPD UK and SDC Canada certifications, and the same ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. Your certificate carries identical international recognition regardless of which Caregiver Academia location you train at.

Same Accreditations, Wherever You Train in Nepal

Caregiver Academia holds CTEVT affiliation (Nepal's government vocational authority), CPD UK membership (No. 20520), SDC Canada partnership (Code 1226), and ISO 9001:2015 certification — the same four accreditations, standardised nationally, whether you train at our Kathmandu Head Office or through the branch network.

This matters because the country you want to work in — Japan, Israel, Australia, or Canada — references these specific accreditations when evaluating your visa and job applications. Every graduate receives the same qualification portfolio, pre-built for these destinations, regardless of which Caregiver Academia location trained them.

Career Support Across the National Network

Career and documentation support — DoFE registration assistance, G2G application guidance for Japan and Israel, and employer-connection support for Australia and Canada — is coordinated nationally from our Kathmandu Head Office, so students at any location receive the same level of support rather than a scaled-down regional service.
